Monêt Bradshaw-Brown
"Pain may be the reason someone walks through the door, but it doesn't have to define where they go next. My role isn't simply to help you feel better today - it's to help you regain confidence in your body, understand how it responds, and support you in making choices that protect the life you want to live."

Kymm O'Conner CRM5 Dip, MAR, CNHC

Clinical Reflexologist

After almost 40 years of nursing, the last 17 years as a specialist transplant nurse, Kymm wanted to find a way to continue helping people improve their health, wellbeing and quality of life in retirement. The inspiration came from watching her mum, who had lived with osteoarthritis and longstanding back pain for many years, walk out of a reflexology appointment standing taller and moving more freely than Kymm had seen in a long time. Curious to understand what had made such a difference, she spoke with the reflexologist and discovered Duopody™ Reflexology. The more she learnt about this clinical approach to reflexology, the more passionate she became. She enrolled on the Level 5 Diploma in Practitioner Reflexology at Inspira Academy, graduating with a Distinction and beginning a new chapter doing what she loves most - supporting others. Kymm's nursing career has given her a wealth of experience caring for people from all walks of life, and she combines that knowledge with her clinical reflexology training to provide treatments that are compassionate, personalised and centred around each individual's needs. She has a particular interest in supporting clients with stress, chronic pain, women's health, healthy ageing and improving overall wellbeing. Every appointment begins by understanding what matters most to you. Whether you're looking to ease the effects of a long-term condition, find relief from the pressures of everyday life or simply enjoy time to relax and recharge, Kymm tailors each treatment to your goals and how you're feeling on the day. She believes that good healthcare is about more than treating symptoms - it's about listening, building trust and helping people feel empowered to take an active role in their own wellbeing. Kymm is passionate about creating a calm, welcoming environment where every client feels cared for, supported and leaves feeling more balanced than when they arrived.
